Application tips

   Tip 1

What we expect from our apprentices

Of course, it is an advantage if you are a little interested in chemistry, because our company is mostly about chemical products. But the personal impression is much more important to us! In your interview for the job, we expect authenticity above all. We want to get to know you as well as possible to find out if you are a good fit for our team. Show us your personality and convince us that exactly YOU are the right person for the apprenticeship! Because we wish for apprentices who have fun and are passionate about what they do!

Tip 2

 Our advice?

We don’t currently offer an apprenticeship? Never mind! If you are interested in our company, feel free to send us your application anyway. We are always happy to meet interesting young people!

Tip 3

What else you should know about us

Our apprentices are an important part of our team. They should enjoy working at WEICON and identify with the company. Yet not just the identification with the company as such is important to us, but also with the whole team. During your apprenticeship, you will work in many different departments and get to know lots of new people and areas of responsibility.
