with WEICON Industrial Cleaner and Foam Cleaner
In sensitive industrial areas, regular and thorough cleaning of all surfaces is an important part of all operational processes. WEICON Industrial Cleaner is an ideal product for these tasks. It contains a highly compressed propellant, which is why its active ingredient content of 95% is very high. Thanks to its strong spray jet, the powerful cleaning agent removes stubborn dirt, oil or soot - for example, when cleaning the conveyor belt of a labelling machine in the beverage industry, as shown here.
Hygiene and cleanliness are essential for food production. The WEICON Foam Cleaner is a general-purpose cleaning agent for sensitive areas. Here, the spray is used in a milk processing plant for cleaning milk tanks, storage tanks, glass counters or filling machines. The NSF A1-certified cleaner and degreaser is especially suited for water-repellent surfaces and easily removes soilings on plastic, glass and textile surfaces. The spray is a good alternative to acidic or alkaline cleaners.

Maintenance of a food processing plant
with WEICON Ceramic BL
Conveyor systems for grain and flour, feeding systems, containers and pellets, and similar processing plants in the food industry require excellent wear protection coating in order to maintain full functionality over a long period of time. WEICON Ceramic BL provides extreme wear protection and is DNV GL and ISEGA-certified. This qualifies the epoxy resin system for repairs and maintenance in particularly sensitive areas of industrial production.
WEICON Ceramic BL is also suitable for creating a systemic structure in combination with WEICON GL. Due to the different colours of the two wear protection systems, the degree of wear can be easily determined by visual inspection.

Glass installation
with WEICON Windscreen Adhesive
The ISEGA-certified Windscreen Adhesive is silicone-free, odourless and contains neither solvents nor halogens or isocyanates. Therefore, the adhesive is ideal for glass installations in the food industry. Whether as glass adhesive for refrigerated counters, food counters, filling machines, protective screens, or displays - the Windscreen Adhesive offers various application possibilities. Here, the Windscreen Adhesive is used on a packaging machine for nut packs.

For non-corrosive repairs on pipes, pipelines, housings, pumps, tanks or metal strips, we recommend our WEICON Repair Stick Stainless Steel. With the modelling clay, small leaks can be sealed fast and easily. After approx. one hour, the repaired components can already be used again. WEICON Silicone LP is suitable for sealing works in the food and drinking water sector. The white, acetoxy sealant and adhesive is often used in dairies, slaughterhouses or canteen kitchens. Due to its resistance to chemicals and high temperature resistance, the permanently elastic sealing compound is suitable for facilitating hygiene in sensitive areas. For example, Silicone LP is used to seal joints on a milk tank.

The Pipe and Thread Sealing WEICONLOCK® SI 303-31 is perfect for threadsealing in sensitive areas. The acetoxy 1C silicone sealant is certified according to ISEGA, NSF and the Hygiene-Institut des Ruhrgebietes. To ensure smooth production processes and to prevent wear and tear, the regular lubrication of machines and systems is an important task. Our WEICON Top-Lube-Fluid is perfect for that. The adhesive lubricant with high capillary action and NSF-certification prevents wear and tear on bearings, couplings, wire ropes or gears, and is also water-repellent. In this application, for example, WEICON Top-Lube-Fluid is used to lubricate the connectors of a compressed-air distribution system for filling and packaging machines.
