WEICON Laser Marking Spray was specially developed for high-quality, permanent and precise laser engravings. The spray is versatile in use and improves the contrast, legibility and quality of laser markings on a wide range of materials. It can be used on steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium, glass and ceramics. When applied to the surface to be marked, the spray creates a thin, highly resistant layer. During laser marking, the material bonds with the surface to create a deep black, high-contrast marking that meets the highest standards. Thanks to the innovative formula, the spray produces an extremely scratch-resistant, chemically resistant and UV-resistant marking layer. WEICON Laser Marking Spray is suitable for various laser types, such as CO₂ lasers, fibre lasers and diode lasers. It is used in industrial applications as well as for individual customisation and decoration. The spray withstands extreme temperatures ranging from -200 °C to +450 °C, with brief resistance up to +500 °C. Compared to other marking methods, heat input is significantly reduced, which prevents any material deformation. The laser spray can be used in industry to mark parts – facilitating traceability and identification. The laser engraving spray can be used to apply barcodes, serial numbers, type labels and QR codes to various materials. It is used for the customisation of promotional items, tools, equipment and objects made of metal, glassware and ceramic products. The spray allows logos and decorative designs to be laser marked onto various surfaces.

Funktioniert super!
Habe damit Glas mit dem Laser graviert und hat bei verschiedenen Einstellungen sehr gut funktioniert. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits

Gutes Spray, aber Infomaterial dürftig
Das Spray tut, was es soll.
Weil es absolut keine Informationen zu diesem Produkt gibt, folgend meine Einstellungen:
Laser: Ortur LM3 10W Diode ~450nm (LU2-10A)
Material: Edelstahl 0,5mm
Parameter:
6000mm/min; 40% Cross-Hatch 0° & 45° (Mono Direction Fill)
0,08mm Line interval
Weitere Infos:
- Menge Wärmeeintrag entscheident, zu viel Platte biegt, zu wenig Spray bindet nicht
- Bei einmaligem Durchgang ohne Cross-Hatch sind Laserlinien sichtbar
Generell:
- Spray bindet bei verwendetem Laser und Platte ab 40%-100% Leistung bei 1500mm/min - 6000 mm/min
- bei Aluminium (2mm) konnte mit 10W kein schwarze Markierung erreicht werden
