Description
Special tool for stripping and removing insulation of standard solar cables, featuring a large, powerful working range from 1.5 mm² to 10 mm². Precise work is enabled by an adjustable length stop (5 - 25 mm), alongside an integrated, easily accessible side cutter for copper and aluminium up to 3 mm Ø, and an ergonomically shaped, non-slip multi-component handle.
The automatic wire stripper is used for stripping all standard solar cables, such as H1Z2Z2-K, from 1.5 to 10 mm². An adjustable length stop from 5 to 25 mm enables very precise and accurate work. The blades of the No. 5 Solar Pro wire stripper have been additionally hardened to easily remove multi-layer rubberized insulation. If required, the length stop can also be removed. The pliers automatically adjust to the respective conductor cross-section – so no manual adjustment is necessary. A wire cutter for copper and aluminium conductors up to a diameter of three millimetres has been integrated into the pliers. Due to the slim design of the tool, the pliers can also be used in hard-to-reach work areas, such as on solar modules or the inverter. The mechanism of the pliers is very smooth-running and has proven to be durable and reliable in tests. The pliers feature a non-slip multi-component handle in the yellow-black \"Ice-Crack\" design. The wire stripper has an eyelet to which a drop protection strap can be attached and has been equipped with a labelling area to individualise the tool. In addition, the pliers can be locked and thus stored to save space. As with all wire strippers in the No. 5 product line, the galvanised blades are exchangeable.

Pinza Spelafili No. 5 Solar Pro
