Advertising

Welcome to the creative minds – or rather, welcome to our advertising department! We always affectionately refer to ourselves as an “in-house advertising agency”, because we design all WEICON print products ourselves, from small business cards to large catalogues. And in numerous languages. We also create advertising and printed materials for our customers, e.g. flyers or labels.

We therefore make a major contribution to the visual image of WEICON all over the world!

Anyone who works in our team will meet witty and helpful colleagues who can recite the RGB and CMYK values of our corporate colours in their sleep. Our department is made up of media designers, qualified designers and creative career changers with a commercial background.

We love the feeling of completing projects successfully as much as the smell of a catalogue hot off the press. But what drives us above all is the goal of strengthening WEICON’s external image.

Hello Nils!

How did WEICON and you “meet”?

I’ve been with WEICON since 2011. It’s hard to imagine today, but at the time I was the first trained media designer at the company. The company where I trained was a WEICON supplier back then, which is how I first heard about WEICON.

Why do you like working at WEICON?

I’m a big fan of our open corporate culture, because in addition to a varied working day, the well-being of all employees is always a priority.

As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?

For me, communication as equals is the basis of a good working relationship. I therefore place great value on mutual respect, trust and appreciation. Working independently is also very important to me, so that everyone has the opportunity to develop professionally and personally and to actively help shape processes.

What do you like most about your team?

I think it’s great that everyone in the team has their individual strengths and contributes them. I also really appreciate the fact that we help each other even in stressful times – and that there is always time for silly jokes in between.

Since you are a specialist: go on, advertise your department to attract potential applicants.

Are you a creative mind, do you love to create your own designs, are you a team player and are you always up for new challenges? Then you’re the perfect fit for our team.
