Accounting is our passion! Our department is all about numbers – from invoicing and VAT reporting to credit card statements and payment management.
Teamwork is very important in our small department, as this is the only way we can keep the day-to-day accounting business running. Everyone in the team has a professional background in accounting, controlling or auditing. Our wealth of experience ranges from trainees who are eager to learn to experienced number crunchers.

How did you become a member of the WEICON team and how long have you been working here?
I joined WEICON on the recommendation of a friend and have been part of the team since 2017.
What is it like to work at WEICON?
Adventurous! And I mean that exclusively in a positive sense. It is unbelievable how fast WEICON has grown and continues to develop. Anyone who thinks that SMEs are old-fashioned will soon be proven wrong.
As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?
It is important to me that everyone in the team knows that they can always speak openly with me. I place just as much value on trust and teamwork as I do on reliability and accuracy.
What do you like most about your team?
Everyone is very dedicated to their work and is fully committed to their job. This motivates the whole team and is simply fun!
