Orders and Shipping


Returns and Refunds

Payment can be made via PayPal, PayPal Express, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna.

Note for registered business customers: Payment methods may vary, and payment methods agreed upon individually with us may apply.

The goods usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 working days of receiving your order.

Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This will include a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can track the current status of your shipment at any time.

If you would like to return a product, please note the following:

• For returns, please first fill out the return form in its entirety.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• The merchandise must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive the return, it will be inspected. Provided all conditions are met, the purchase price will be refunded.

No. For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or have had their seals broken. In such cases, no refund can be issued.

If a product was delivered damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact our customer service.

• Please provide your order number and, if possible, include clear photos.
• Each complaint will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Depending on the outcome of the review, we will coordinate the next steps with you (e.g., replacement or refund).
