Shipping

(2) The delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days.

(3) The shipping costs within Germany are € 3.90 per delivery.

(4) Unless otherwise agreed upon, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address provided by you; shipping charges apply. Costs arising from providing an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged to you.

(5) The goods remain our property until payment in full is received. (6) The goods are delivered by our shipping partner DPD and cannot be sent to a DHL Packstation.

Returns

(1) If delivered items show obvious damage due to transportation, please make a complaint to the deliverer immediately and get in touch with us promptly. This helps us to file our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

Payment Terms

(1) Payment can be made by advance payment or through PayPal, PayPalExpress, credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, SOFORT Banking, SEPA credit transfer or Giropay.

(2) Costs arising from a chargeback due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details provided by you will be charged to you.
